Single Site Inspection
+ written report, billed as 2 hours ($250)
- On-site walkthrough, including a first aid compliance check
- Typical site visit is 2–5 hours
- Full written report within 5 business days
- Findings ranked by risk with practical corrective actions

Monthly Retainer
Worth $750+ if booked separately
- 1 site visit per month, up to 3 hours
- Written report after every visit
- Up to 1 hour of program support per month (policies, JHSC help, questions)
- Follow-up on prior corrective actions
- Priority booking
- 10% off all other services (excludes urgent response)
About the Monthly Retainer
Program support is time spent on your health and safety program between visits, such as answering questions by phone or email, reviewing or updating a policy, helping your JHSC or health and safety representative, and confirming that corrective actions are complete. Support time is billed in 15-minute blocks, and unused time does not carry over to the next month.
Extra time: if a visit runs past 3 hours or support goes past 1 hour in a month, additional time is billed at $112.50/hour (the retainer discount applied), and we'll let you know before going over.
Urgent response
Serious incident or a Ministry of Labour order? We can be on site within 48 hours at $175/hour.
Ask about Incident Investigations, WSIB support, Policy Development, MOL Readiness Audits, and Contractor Prequalification, each quoted individually. Need only a first aid compliance check? That's available on its own at $125/hour with a 1-hour minimum. See all services.
