How it works
What to expect from your first inspection
Before
We confirm a date and time that works around your operations and agree on which areas of the site to cover.
During
A hands-on walkthrough, typically 2 to 5 hours. We observe and ask questions. We don't stop work except for an immediate, serious hazard.
After
A written report within 5 business days: findings ranked by risk, with specific, practical corrective actions.
Follow up
We check in to confirm findings have been addressed, whether or not you continue with an ongoing plan.
Pricing
Simple, upfront pricing
A single site inspection is $125 per hour on site, plus the full written report billed as 2 hours ($250). A typical site visit is 2–5 hours. No ongoing commitment.
For regular visits and support between them, the Monthly Retainer is $700 per month: a visit of up to 3 hours, a written report, and up to an hour of program support each month, worth $750+ if booked separately. Retainer clients also get priority booking and 10% off all other services (excluding urgent response).
