AWC Health and Safety Consulting was founded to give Greater Sudbury's small and medium-sized businesses direct access to the same rigour larger operations take for granted: independent inspections, real investigations, and documentation that holds up if it's ever tested.
Behind AWC is 8 years of hands-on health and safety experience working directly with employers, the Ministry of Labour, and union representatives. That combination matters. It means we understand the compliance obligations employers actually face, how the Ministry evaluates a workplace, and how labour and management can work from the same set of facts instead of past each other.
Safety programs only work when the people living with them are part of building them. Our approach is hands-on and plain-spoken: real conversations with workers, supervisors, and management. No boilerplate or generic templates, just a clear picture of where you stand and what to do next.
